Questions about services and prices
How are treatment prices set?
The price on each service is a starting price in EGP. The final cost depends on your case, the number of teeth and the treatment that suits you, and your dentist explains it after the examination, before treatment starts.
Is the first visit an examination?
Yes, a first visit usually starts with an examination and consultation: the dentist checks your teeth, explains the diagnosis and your options, and then we agree on a treatment plan together.
How long does treatment take?
It depends on your case and the type of treatment. The typical session time is shown on each service card; some treatments need more than one session, and your dentist will tell you how many to expect in your plan.
Can I book for family members?
Yes. In the Dental Arts app you can add your family members, book their appointments and follow them from your account.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can cancel or reschedule in the app or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Please do it at least 6 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to another patient.
